3D Framework Construction & Finishing Location in UAE, Kuwait, KSA and Bahrain has been active as a main contractor in construction, fine finishing, project management and technical support for corporate, commercial and residential projects since 2016 and most recently hospitality. 3D Framework has been growing rapidly with a diverse team of professionals; ranging from young talent to field experts with more than 10 years of experience.

Quality Policy & Procedures.

3D Framework Quality management’ processes:

  1. Plan Quality: Determine which quality standards are relevant and how to measure them. Attributes of product and how quality process will measure them. Apply process improvement plan, process boundaries and metrics target.

  2. Perform quality control: Perform measurement and compare the plan. Validate changes and verified deliverables.

  3. Perform quality assurance: Determine if the quality standards & quality measurement are relevant by using the quality basic tools. Apply the project management plan updates using quality audits and process analysis.

3D Framework Policy & Processes.

Our policy based on the following principles:

  1. Customer Focus: Identifying customers, understanding customer needs and expectations, measuring customer satisfaction and acting results.
  2. Process Approach: Establishing the company processes to operate as an integrated and complete system. Manage and control the processes that make up the system. Interact between these processes, and the inputs and outputs that tie these processes together.

  3. Continuous Improvement: Periodic assessment against the established criteria. Identifying areas for improvement. Development and continued prevention based activities. Providing training on methods of continual improvement.

  4. Evidence-Based Decision Making: Taking measurements and collecting data, ensuring data are sufficiently accurate. Analyzing data using solid methods and taking informed decisions based on results.

  5. Relationship Management: Identifying and selecting key suppliers. Balance short term gains with long term considerations. Recognizing supplier improvements and achievements.

HSE Policy & Procedures.

HSE VISION: All incidents are preventable. Good safety and good business performance go hand-in-hand. Manage Environmental Health Safety (EHS) like all other aspects of our business. Sustained HSE excellence requires active and complete involvement.


I. CRITICAL ELEMENTS: Comprehensive participation to successfully support and adapt HSE initiatives.


II. SYSTEM DESIGN: Investigate all incidents that lead to incidents, and ensure safety systems are proactively managed. Encourage a continuous improvement attitude that leads to a lasting safety culture.


III. HSE PRINCIPLES:


  • Prevention: The only acceptable goal is ZERO lost time accidents.

  • Incident Impact: Avoid and control incidents to our company and industry.

  • Process: Immediate incident investigation of causation, recording processes, and incident prevention.

  • Prevention: Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence. Ensure all employees are involved in performing work in a safe manner.

Since its inception in 2016, 3D Framework has grown at an incredible rate in an extremely short span of time. We started off by working on small projects to demonstrate what we knew our team was capable of. As time went on, our team grew which gave us the ability to scale up our work.

The volume of projects started to increase at an exponential level as well. We went from working on small coffee shops to delivering head offices for large, well-known corporate companies. Surely winning over new clients is great for business growth, but retaining clients is equally important to us.

Making sure our clients are satisfied with our work so that they continue to choose us for future projects gives us confidence in what we do.

We are immensely proud of what we have achieved so far, but that does not mean we have reached our goal.

We intend to keep building our brand whilst maintaining our high quality work as we aim to make 3D Framework a trademark name in UAE.

Mohammad Saleem Co-founded 3D Framework in 2016.
He Graduated from the American University in UAE with a Bachelor’s , degree in Finance and post graduate diploma in construction management.

Romina Lame. CBDO


Chief Business Development Officer
 

In 2019, Romina Lame joined as the Chief Business Development officer. She earned her bachelor’s degree in International Business from North Hampton University in the United Kingdom.

Muhammad Samar. CPMO


Chief Project management Officer
 

Muhammad samar is the co-founder of 3D Framework and is the current Chief Projects Management Officer. He has a wealth of experience of more than 16 years in the construction and finishing field. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a postgraduate diploma in Construction Management.

Chief Operating Officer

In 2017, Faisal Usman is the Chief Operating Officer. He previously held the positions of Regional Projects Manager for WD Africa. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture as well as a diploma in Construction Management from the American University in UAE.
